Unser Verein versteht Wohnen, Sanierung und Lebensraum als gemeinschaftliche Aufgabe. Wir begleiten Menschen dort, wo praktische Hilfe, Orientierung und neue Perspektiven gebraucht werden – insbesondere bei älteren Räumen, Badezimmern, Werkbereichen und Wohnsituationen, die wieder nutzbar, sicher und würdevoll gestaltet werden sollen.
a) Wen unterstützen wir?
- Menschen und Familien nach Krankheit, Unfall oder belastenden Lebensphasen
- ältere Personen, Rentnerinnen und Rentner sowie finanziell schwächer gestellte Menschen
- Menschen, deren Wohnräume, Badezimmer oder alte Räume Unterstützung brauchen
- Personen, die bei Struktur, Planung und Umsetzung Begleitung benötigen
b) Wie erfolgt die Unterstützung?
- Wir hören zu und betrachten die tatsächliche Situation gemeinsam
- Wir helfen bei Orientierung, Prioritäten und realistischen nächsten Schritten
- Wir begleiten Projekte im Rahmen der vorhandenen Mittel und Möglichkeiten des Vereins
- Wir fördern Mitwirkung, Nachbarschaftshilfe und praktische Lösungen in Gemeinschaft
Die Mitgliedschaft im Verein ist kostenlos. Unterstützungen, Spenden und Förderbeiträge erfolgen ausschließlich freiwillig. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf eine bestimmte Gegenleistung. Der Verein begleitet und unterstützt Projekte nach Maßgabe seiner Möglichkeiten, seiner Statuten und seines gemeinnützigen Zwecks.
How we support you
Our association understands living, renovation and life space as a shared task. We accompany people where practical help, orientation and new perspectives are needed — especially for older rooms, bathrooms, workshop spaces and living situations that should become usable, safe and dignified again.
a) Who do we support?
- people and families after illness, accidents or difficult phases of life
- older people, pensioners and financially vulnerable persons
- people whose homes, bathrooms or older spaces need support
- persons who need help with structure, planning and implementation
b) How does support work?
- We listen and assess the real situation together
- We help with orientation, priorities and realistic next steps
- We accompany projects within the association’s actual means and capacities
- We promote participation, neighborhood support and practical solutions in community
Membership is free. Support, donations and contribution payments are entirely voluntary. There is no entitlement to a specific return service. The association accompanies and supports projects according to its actual possibilities, its statutes and its charitable purpose.

Nuestra asociación entiende la vivienda, la rehabilitación y el espacio vital como una tarea compartida. Acompañamos a las personas allí donde se necesita ayuda práctica, orientación y nuevas perspectivas, especialmente en espacios antiguos, baños, talleres y situaciones de vivienda que deben volver a ser útiles, seguras y dignas.
a) ¿A quién apoyamos?
- personas y familias después de enfermedad, accidente o etapas difíciles
- personas mayores, jubilados y personas con pocos recursos
- personas cuyos hogares, baños o espacios antiguos necesitan apoyo
- personas que necesitan acompañamiento en estructura, planificación y ejecución
b) ¿Cómo se presta el apoyo?
- Escuchamos y analizamos juntos la situación real
- Ayudamos con orientación, prioridades y pasos realistas
- Acompañamos proyectos dentro de los medios y posibilidades reales de la asociación
- Fomentamos participación, ayuda mutua y soluciones prácticas en comunidad
La membresía es gratuita. Las ayudas, donaciones y aportaciones de apoyo son completamente voluntarias. No existe derecho a una contraprestación concreta. La asociación acompaña y apoya proyectos según sus posibilidades reales, sus estatutos y su finalidad de bien común.
VALUVENTUM (Austauschmodell im Vereinsrahmen)
VALUVENTUM ist bei uns kein offizielles Zahlungssystem, kein Finanzprodukt und kein Ersatz für gesetzliche Zahlungsmittel. Es ist ein neu gedachtes Modell für Austausch, Gespräch, Mitwirkung und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation freiwilliger Beiträge innerhalb der Gemeinschaft.
VALUVENTUM dient im Vereinsrahmen als Raum für Austausch, Nachdenken und gemeinsame Entwicklung. Es soll Gespräche ermöglichen und sichtbar machen, welche Formen von Beitrag, Mitwirkung und Unterstützung innerhalb einer Gemeinschaft denkbar sind.
Der Ansatz versteht sich als offenes Modell im Sinne von Bewusstseinsbildung, Dialog und praktischer Orientierung. Er soll Fragen aufwerfen, Denkprozesse fördern und neue Möglichkeiten des Miteinanders sichtbar machen – passend zu Verfassung, Gemeinwohl und freiwilliger Mitwirkung.
Für den Vereinsrahmen ist dabei besonders wichtig:
- VALUVENTUM ist kein offizielles Zahlungssystem und keine rechtlich verbindliche Geldordnung.
- Es geht nicht um Auszahlung, Handel oder Spekulation, sondern um Austausch, Gespräch und gemeinschaftliche Orientierung.
- Mitglieder können freiwillige Beiträge, Unterstützungen und Möglichkeiten innerhalb der Gemeinschaft transparenter besprechen und dokumentieren.
Im Mittelpunkt steht daher nicht der finanzielle Vorteil, sondern die Frage, wie Menschen ihre Beiträge zur Gemeinschaft anders wahrnehmen, besprechen und wertschätzend einordnen können.
Daraus ergeben sich im Vereinsrahmen Möglichkeiten für:
VALUVENTUM will damit keine bestehenden gesetzlichen Systeme ersetzen, sondern innerhalb des Vereins einen Rahmen schaffen, in dem Menschen neue Gedanken erproben, Fragen stellen und gemeinsam tragfähige Möglichkeiten entwickeln können.
Was es ist
- ein vereinsinternes Austausch- und Denkmodell
- ein Rahmen für Dialog, Mitwirkung und Orientierung
- eine Möglichkeit, freiwillige Beiträge und Unterstützungen nachvollziehbar zu besprechen

VALUVENTUM (exchange model within the association)
For us, VALUVENTUM is not an official payment system, not a financial product and not a substitute for legal tender. It is a rethought model for exchange, dialogue, participation and transparent documentation of voluntary contributions within the community.
Within the association, VALUVENTUM serves as a space for exchange, reflection and shared development. It is meant to support dialogue and make visible which forms of contribution, participation and support are thinkable within a community.
The approach is understood as an open model for awareness, dialogue and practical orientation. It is intended to raise questions, encourage reflection and make new forms of cooperation visible.
For the association, the following is especially important:
- VALUVENTUM is not an official payment system and not a legally binding monetary order.
- It is not about payouts, trade or speculation, but about exchange, dialogue and community orientation.
- Members may use it to discuss and document voluntary contributions and possibilities within the community more transparently.
The focus is therefore not financial gain, but the question of how people can perceive, discuss and appreciate contributions to the community differently.
This creates possibilities for:
VALUVENTUM does not seek to replace existing legal systems. It creates a framework inside the association for asking questions, testing ideas and developing viable possibilities together.

VALUVENTUM (modelo de intercambio dentro de la asociación)
Para nosotros, VALUVENTUM no es un sistema oficial de pago, ni un producto financiero, ni un sustituto del dinero legal. Es un modelo replanteado para intercambio, diálogo, participación y documentación transparente de aportes voluntarios dentro de la comunidad.
Dentro de la asociación, VALUVENTUM sirve como espacio de intercambio, reflexión y desarrollo conjunto. Su finalidad es abrir conversaciones y mostrar qué formas de aporte, participación y apoyo pueden imaginarse dentro de una comunidad.
El enfoque se entiende como un modelo abierto para la conciencia, el diálogo y la orientación práctica. Quiere plantear preguntas, fomentar reflexión y mostrar nuevas formas de cooperación.
Para la asociación es especialmente importante:
- VALUVENTUM no es un sistema oficial de pago ni un orden monetario jurídicamente vinculante.
- No se trata de pagos, comercio o especulación, sino de intercambio, diálogo y orientación comunitaria.
- Los miembros pueden utilizarlo para conversar y documentar con más transparencia aportes voluntarios y posibilidades dentro de la comunidad.
El centro no es la ganancia financiera, sino la pregunta de cómo las personas pueden percibir, conversar y valorar de otro modo sus aportes a la comunidad.
De ello surgen posibilidades para:
VALUVENTUM no busca sustituir sistemas legales existentes. Crea dentro de la asociación un marco para hacer preguntas, probar ideas y desarrollar posibilidades sostenibles en conjunto.
Qué es

Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Gegenleistung. Alle Beiträge werden im Rahmen der Vereinsstatuten und der vorhandenen Möglichkeiten eingesetzt.
